Parcel from Oz

My sweet little sister, Pauline (who blogs here), sent me an early birthday present. Here's the parcel sitting between Scotty and Raro:

I had a dilemna though:

fold the mountains of washing or open the parcel? Being notoriously keen on leaving household chores till later (much later!), I decided to fold the washing, then open the parcel as a very special (and well-earned) treat.
TING, TING, TING - that's me flicking my halo! Well, what a treasure trove I discovered. Pauline had sent a heap of scrapbooking papers and stickers, here's a selection:

Beautiful! Also some charms and trims. She HAND SEWED this lovely tote bag. I love the cross stitch piece with the kitty charm, and the accent fabric is gorgeous:

She also made me these two concertina albums with pictures of Spen and Sam:

and this lovely birthday card:

Isn't she the most wonderful, clever and loving sister? I miss her so much but at least I know she's living her dream and is happy and loved. Thanks little sister, you are so precious to me. Thanks as well to Dave, Spen and Sam for the lovely birthday wishes. Big hugs all round.
