'Tis the season...

... for bots and lurgies. I'm afraid this past week has gone by in a blur. I haven't been feeling well and I thought I was coming down with a cold. I've been tired all the time, muzzy headed and a bit 'sniffy'. Have spent a lot of time in bed where it's warm and cozy, and passed the hours snoozing and feeling blue. However, the cold has come to nothing so far, and my head isn't woolly any more but I'm still tired. Poor me.

All this self-pity means I haven't done very much in the way of knitting or crochet, I haven't sorted any yarn or picked any patterns out to use for my niece and nephew and I still don't feel like doing any of the above.Oh well, I did manage to go to the library yesterday and get some fiction to read. Only trouble is, the book I started - the Chocolate Lovers' Club - has me wanting to gorge on the sinful stuff! My tastebuds can't help but crave some Whittaker's Dark Mocha (62% cocoa and ground roasted coffee beans). Have mercy, it's not payday until Thursday. I've stopped reading that one for now and gone onto Crusader Gold, an archaeological/treasure hunting thriller. Not a morsel of choc in it so far!
